Communication Opt-In & Opt-Out Policy

- Completing an order or prescription refill form that includes an opt-in checkbox

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Mr. Tempo by:
- Checking the SMS/text opt-in box during the order or account creation process

- Contacting us at info@tempocantina.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”
Please allow 24–48 hours for processing your request. Some transactional emails (e.g., order confirmations, delivery notices) may still be sent as part of our service obligations.
3.2 SMS/Text Communications
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us at info@tempocantina.com and requesting to be removed from text messaging
After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your removal from the SMS program.
4. Consent and Responsibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the contact method provided and that you agree to receive messages from Mr. Tempo. You are responsible for updating your contact preferences or notifying us if your contact details change.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
